Welcome to the Puget Sound Wellness Challenge

What is the Puget Sound Wellness Challenge?

This year’s Challenge will be an 6-week competition that runs from Monday, April 1, 2019, through Sunday, May 12, 2019.

The Puget Sound Wellness Challenge is completely voluntary and takes a team approach to encourage building healthier lifestyles and workplaces. It brings together four-person teams in a friendly contest to see which team earns the most points by tracking steps, exercise routines and eating five fruits and veggies a day.

Safety Disclaimer: Increases in your physical activity may impact your health.  If you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor before participating in this challenge, and only engage in activities that you can perform safely and comfortably.

The Wellness Challenge Point System is comprised of the following:
